Partner with Trelvex

A coordination partner for carriers, shippers and 3PLs.

We don't compete with the people who move the freight — we orchestrate them. Trelvex plugs into your operation as the digital coordination layer that keeps lanes full, paperwork clean and customers informed at every milestone. For carriers, that means planned, recurring lane volume instead of ad-hoc spot loads, faster dispatch decisions and one accountable point of contact for every shipment. For shippers and 3PLs, it means fewer email chains, predictable transit times, transparent documentation and a coordination partner that scales with your network across European borders.

Non-asset, non-competing

We don't own trucks or warehouses, so we never compete with our partners for loads or contracts.

Curated European network

Join a vetted ecosystem of carriers, warehouses and customs brokers across 18 markets.

One digital workflow

Replace email chains and spreadsheets with structured shipments, milestones and documents.

Compliance built in

GDPR-aligned data handling and EU customs documentation supervised end-to-end.

Steady, planned volume

We bring coordinated lane demand — not ad-hoc spot loads — so your fleet plans further ahead.

Fast onboarding

Light integration, clear SLAs and a single point of contact from day one.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What shippers, carriers and partners ask us most often about how Trelvex coordinates European supply chains.

Does Trelvex own trucks or warehouses?

No. Trelvex is a non-asset coordination company. We plan, sequence and supervise shipments, while vetted carriers, warehouses and customs brokers in our European network physically move and store the freight.

Which European countries do you cover?

We coordinate shipments across 18 European markets, including the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and the Nordics, through curated regional partners.

What types of freight do you coordinate?

Road freight (FTL and LTL), cross-dock and intermodal flows for retail, e-commerce, industrial goods and temperature-controlled cargo. We don't handle hazardous goods or oversized project cargo today.

How does Trelvex handle customs and documentation?

Every shipment is created as structured data — CMR, invoices, packing lists and customs declarations are generated, checked and archived in one workflow, aligned to EU customs requirements and GDPR.

How do you ensure on-time delivery?

We work to standardised playbooks with measurable KPIs, monitor milestones in real time and proactively re-plan when exceptions appear. Our current on-time delivery rate sits at 98.5%.

How do we get shipment visibility?

Clients receive structured status updates per shipment — pickup, in-transit milestones, customs events and proof of delivery — through a shared dashboard and direct contact with their coordinator.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is built per lane based on volume, frequency, service level and required documentation. We propose a coordination model after mapping your lanes — no generic spot quotes.

How do carriers and 3PLs join the network?

Through a short qualification process covering licensing, insurance, compliance and operational fit. Once onboarded, partners receive coordinated, planned lane volume — not ad-hoc spot loads.
