Trelvex coordinates fulfillment operations across a network of more than one hundred and twenty partner warehouses, giving shippers a single operational layer over inventory that may sit in many physical locations. Orders flow in from storefronts, ERPs and EDI streams, are validated against stock and SLA rules, and are routed to the warehouse best positioned to fulfill them — by proximity, capacity and carrier mix. Inside the warehouse, picking waves, packing standards and dispatch cut-offs are coordinated against the live carrier schedule, so cartons leave on the correct vehicle the first time.

Custom packaging, gift inserts, serial-number capture, lot tracking and returns flows are all supported, and every event — picked, packed, manifested, handed over — is streamed back into the shipper's order record in near real time. Customers receive consistent tracking regardless of which site fulfilled the shipment. The benefit for our clients is operational simplicity.
