Dispatch Coordination

A 24/7 coordination room for freight that other companies move.

About this service

Trelvex runs centralised dispatch desks that operate as the real-time nervous system of the freight network — without ever sitting behind the wheel ourselves. Loads are planned against demand windows, tendered to the appropriate carriers, and matched with drivers and equipment those carriers nominate for the lane. The desk works in three-minute cycles rather than three-hour ones, so capacity is committed while it is still relevant rather than after it has evaporated.

Once a load is rolling, the dispatch team monitors it actively. Driver check-ins, telematics feeds, traffic and weather signals are all surfaced on the same screen, so an issue at hour two of a fourteen-hour run is visible immediately instead of at the missed delivery window. Escalation paths are defined in advance: who reroutes, who reschedules the consignee, who informs the customer.

Decisions that would normally take a flurry of phone calls are made in minutes from a single console. Coverage is genuinely twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, with handovers between regional desks designed so that no shipment falls into a coordination gap. For shippers, the practical effect is a freight operation that keeps moving while their own teams are asleep, in meetings or focused on commercial work — confident that someone qualified is watching every vehicle and is empowered to act when the plan needs to change.
